Are there any websites where you can find cheap short domain names?

I'm looking for a really short random domain, like xx.xx or xxx.xx with a cheap TLD but because I a lot will be taken I was wondering if there is a site that lists short domains with all TLDs (as I can't just search random letters at registrars). Would like whois privacy too
