Any good seedbox tutorials?

Thinking of using a Kimsufi-2G as a seedbox running:

Transmission Bittorrent sync (to transfer files locally) or Rsync Sickbeard / Couch Potato / Headphones / Mylar Plex

Any idea's or good tutorial's around this type of thing?
