Nonprofit VPS hosting?

I know that there are a few companies that offer shared hosting for nonprofits for free (Dreamhost, an Bluehost has something through grassroots.org), and the nonprofit I'm involved with is currently using Dreamhost, but we need to move to something bigger, and I'm trying to find out if there are any VPS companies that offer free VPS hosting for nonprofits? Questions about KVM routing

Hello,

I am running a Solus VM slave setup to serve KVM containers. The server currently has 5 IP addresses allocated to it (say 192.168.1.1-192.168.1.5 with a gateway of 192.168.1.1). I requested more IP addresses from my provider and I was allocated a range in a different subnet (say 10.0.0.1 to 10.0.0.10 with a gateway of 10.0.0.1). When I initially setup the machine, I configured a bridge br0 linked to eth0 and configured to work with my 192.xxx subnet. My questions is: how do I use the new set of IP addresses (i.e. 10.xxx subnet) that were allocated to me? Is it even possible?

Here is a copy of my if cfg-br0 (with original IP addresses replaced with 192..)

Is there a connection between wls and cvps so they can access my vps? or this guy hacked my vps, get that useless site and put it on line?

Deluge too slow

Hi I am using deluge but it seems to work too slow. I have use it own GVH, Online.net and even Google compute engine vm. The problem is that downloads start slow and then they accelerate.Is there any way if it could make connection faster and reach its maximum speed a little earlier. It doesnot matter how many seeds or peers they are , the torrent starts at ~100kb/s and after 30-40 sec goes to ~1 mb/sec and after 2-3 min hits max speed.

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone knows a good easy/safe way to buy a domain name from a person. say i want abc.com and bob (who is unknown to me but are in contact with me) who owns it is willing to sell it for an agreed amount of money. Whats the best way to proceed?

Obviously i can pay him first, and then he can transfer the domain to me. But that leaves him with the ability to take the money and keep the domain. Is there a better way?

Best way to do offsite Cpanel Backup

I am trying to retain two weekly and one monthly backup of accounts on my cpanel server (approx. 100GB).

Previously was using the cpanel compressed backup option and send it to a remote backup server via FTP. This however uses a lot of bandwidth.

Then I shifted to cpanel incremental backups, after which it is rsynced to the remote server. Now, this uses a lot of diskspace.

Is it possible to do a compressed backup on the main server and have it rsynced to the remote server with only the changed files transferred? Or am I left with no choice but to choose between saving space or bandwidth?
