Lets suppose you are a facebook/twitter user living in a third world country. You are involved in activities which are legal pretty much everywhere in the world(including USA) but just not in the country you are resident of. It is not only illegal but also you will get capital punishment if you get caught.
The govt wants to track you down and arrest you and requests facebook and twitter to provide tracking information about your account. Will these companies cooperate with the government of a third world country in these circumstances?
