Russian VPS

Hey guys,

I am looking for a russian vps, but these locations would be great also: belarus, georgia, iran, kazakhstan, macedonia, moldova, ukraine, uzbekistan.

I want to pay with webmoney(prefered), cashcards (ukash, paysafecard,..).

I need these specs:

512-1024mb Ram, 10-15gb Hdd, at the beginning ~15gb traffic.

I am looking for reliable (& cheap as possible) hosters :)
