Need a VPS with specific requirements

Hello,

I had a dedicated server with OVH, but I didn't renew it since I think it was a bit overkill for my needs.

I'm looking for a VPS with some requirements :

-Private torrents allowed -Private VPN allowed -IRC bouncers (no servers) -Canadian (Toronto, Montreal) or US East Coast

-2GB of RAM -100-200GB of disk space (no SSD needed) -3 to 5 IPv4

That's pretty much it. Any ideas ?
