Any advice for a cheap win vps for upload and download mining?

I posted a thread, that may cause someone misunderstood, I need a cheap win vps to mine, but not use CPU or GPU, I need it to upload and download, so I need 1GB port and maybe 2TB-5TB bandwidth. Thanks for your advice in advance
