CentOS 6 Network COnfiguration

Hello Guyz,

I have installed CentOS 6 64 bit first manually, i means using iLO :D

I have configured ifcfg-eth0 but it is still can't get online (Neither responding to pings, nor able to ping google)

Can any of you help me with this ? Here is my ifcfg-eth0 content :
