the minimum spec is 128mb ram 10gb hdd 10mbps uplink must be kvm related that can load any os. the spec also must be upgradeable.
prefer to use this for best resell. it can be any location of datacenter such as : united states west/south any europe country australia asia west/south
must lower price as possible and able to pay monthly. long terms of course.
