So basically contacted their live support team via phone both in the technical and accoun department however they are telling me that it's my service providers fault but my service providers server is online and i can't retrieve my DNS records. Crazy domains tech. staff told me it has nothing to do with them and i'd have to contact my web hosting provider.
So i'm just wondering has anyone come across this problem / been with crazydomains and has had this problem because i'm starting to hate them their website is so slow its annoying.
