I know LET isnt helpdesk of goodhosting.co but i want to their my first impression with their service.
I paid invoice via bitpay and bitpay shows PAID. But my invoices in their client area show Unpaid
I submited ticket (22/09/2014 18:51) to ask them solve this but no reply untill now (23/09/2014 09:24).
I tried to reach them via Livechat but no respond. You should consider slow support if you want to go with this provider.
