KVM or Colocation(1U) in Austria with options to rent additional IPv4 and Traffic (like Ramnode)

I am looking for a KVM(no openvz) or 1U Colocation in austria(100 Mbps or 1Gbps) with the option to rent additional IPv4 and buy additional Traffic.

In essence i want the Ramnode offerings with their flexibility in austria.

I know about Edis but i believe they no longer rent IPv4 addresses and requires an upgrade to a larger package if you run out of traffic.

Regarding prices i don't know what to expect since nobody seems to list pricing for colocation in austria.
