Need Dedibox with DDoS protection !

I need dedi box with DDOS protection. here is my requirement:

CPU : something with 8 cores

HDD : 250 GB

Ram : 8 GB

Bandwidth : 10 TB monthly with 100Mbps

looking for cheap as possible. OVH have some offers but they take long time to deliver & online.net basic DDOS protection is not suitable :/
