Need a VPS in/near Pune in India

Hello.

Going on a vacation / family visit to Pune in India next month. I think I want a VPS with so good connection you can get in that city or very near the city. Planning to use it to upload pictures each day on it.

Any recommendations? I don't need LET prices, but I don't want to pay a years salary ;)

I have access to Vultr.com, Iwstack.com and DigitalOcean also, maybe they have any thing close to Pune that people here has actually tested.
