Okay I ain't gunna post screenshot for privacy purposes.
So a friend of mine got DDOSed apparently, and he couldn't control the anything in the control panel. He contacted support and was told that his VPS service was suspended and that it he would have to find a different provider, and he might not be able to get refunded...
Hes really upset, and I'm pretty shocked. Am I missing something? Is this normal? As far as hes telling me that he DID NOT send any attacks but got attacked and suspended and is apparently not allowed to use with possible refund of course.
