Registrars that allow you to host for free

I've got a few 'static' html websites, basically one-pagers that don't need php/mysql so cpanel hosting is basically overkill. Are there any reputable domain registrars that allow you to host a simple site w/o further charge? My search so far has uncovered:

• Dynadot, but they force their footer on you which I don't want ($5/month to remove the footer).


• Gandi - free privacy and free site up to 3 pages. A bit more expensive than I'm used to paying (their .com's are $15.50/year) but still enticing.

Also, to ask the question backwards: Are there any site building services (like SquareSpace / Wix..) that charge roughly $10-$15 or less annually and include a free domain with their service?
