HTTP Reverse Proxy with nginx for cpanel server with apache 2.2 installed

I want to setup a frond end reverse proxy for my cpanel server which has apache 2.2 installed.

I tried following the tutorials but could make any one of them work :/ Most of them dealt with configuring one or more domains but i want for all domains present in the backend server.
