I'm looking for a KVM or Xen based VPS in Italy (eventually I might consider other countries, but must satisfy low ping requirement). The requirements are atleast 5GB storage space, 256MB ram, low ping (<35ms from italy, <400ms from China), 10Mpbs up/down. Anything extra is a plus. Budget is around € 15-25/year. Any offer?
