Is there a new ICANN RAA Policy?

One of my domains disappeared from the internet today. After contacting support they suspended the domain because the contact email wasn't verified, even though the email hasn't changed since I originally transferred to them over 2 years ago. Logging into the control panel didn't tell me anything about the suspension or the verification email that I was supposed to respond to until I contacted support, after contacting them magically the control panel warned my about the email. I asked them about my other domains in my account, magically again the panel updated saying I didn't verify that email either.


I couldn't find any new policy online, I'm wondering if anyone here has seen anything?
