Im looking for a VPS with KVM or Xen virtualisation What are the cheapest KVM VPSs in US and Japan ? any one can share experiences ?

Minimum requirements for the : US VPS

1 cpu core DDR 3 ECC: 1024 MB 1024 MB SWAP 50 GB Harddisk (RAID protected) 500GB traffic per month Located in the USA Requirements

Decent Uptime -  SLA required, 
Well-Known and/or Registered - I'd prefer if the company is well-known in this community or if the business is registered.
Private IRC,  Proxie, VPN,  (for Netflix ) on the US vps

Minimum requirements for the : JP VPS

Dedicated IP

run as VPN.
