Small KVM VPS in the UK

I'm looking for a small KVM VPS to use as a development box in the UK with the following specs;

Around 5-10GB SSD Minimum 128MB memory Bandwidth 100GB+ 1x IPv4 - IPv6 is optionable

Price just within LET guidelines :)

Side note; I'm not interested in using DO/Vultr/HTTPZoom
