Need help for exim mail rejection

I need little help to understand following from exim_mainlog :

Here server.abchost.com is my server hostname, user1@server.abchost.com is an actual user for domain somedomain.com

Can you explain what exactly above mean, why it is saying that remote host address is : server.abchost.com , does that means that it is being generated from a script on my own server ?
