Their website is up, and the control panel is up. I tried boot and reboot. SSH does not work. I tried a serial console, but putty closes after entering the password or sometimes it just times out. When I use the Java Console built into the solusvm cp, when I enter my password it tell me to re-enter or sometimes it lets me in, but I get a blank window.
Does this mean my server is offline or maybe I have to boot it somehow? I can't afford to have my website down. My website has been down for 6 hours and counting.
I submitted a ticket, but it's rather urgent as I want my website back online.
