i thought to give them a try so i ordered a custom built vps plan worth 28$ for first month than 24.03$ recurring on 09th december 2014, the screenshot of the invoice paid is here: http://ift.tt/1yMMb6p

after payment the services in my client area showed active, but there was no server ip or any other info displayed check here: http://ift.tt/1yMMb6r

i made a ticket asking for server info, and waited for 72hrs for the proper deployment of the server, but till 13th december there was no response, so yesterday i requested for cancellation of the server and demanded my refund, now it has been more than 24hrs for the request of cancellation also, but still there is no response. please suggest me what should be done??
