I need two small VPS to install cPanel DNS only and monitoring server in one of locations Miami, Atlanta or New York (or any other next location).

256MB dedicated RAM 10-20GB disk space 1-2 CPU cores 200GB+ bandwidth

I need to have a good uptime, is each of the servers in different locations.
