I'm sure there's a lot of topics about what the best or most affordable VPS is.
What I want to know is,... what is the friendliest VPS provider/customer support?
Personally I've found securedspeed to be really friendly (specifically Matt), he made me feel welcome, and ubiquityhosting seemed to be helpful too.
I was wondering what your experiences are?
I think this is a very important part of hosting, because it shows professionalism and puts the customer at ease.
I'd love to know your experiences, or if you are a provider, feel free to post how to interact with your customers :)
