Goodhosting.co - Invoice paid, 72 hours passed and no services deliveried

then i decided to try goodhosting.co service. At first i ordered 2 VPS and get deliveried arround 48 hours.

After that, I ordered 2 more VPS and paid via Bitpay http://ift.tt/1vegRPs http://ift.tt/1piWpXV

But I havent received VPS until now.

I contacted via Livechat but no respond, submited 1 ticket and no respond. He said me SPAM and ask me wait 72 hours.
