Hello, my LES Italy VPS has been unreachable via IPV6 from most part of the world (17 of 25 of the cloudflare colos). I reported this on the forum but nothing has changed. I'm not sure what to do, I understand the price and that it comes with "little support" (as written on their site) but shouldn't at least support take care of things if customers can't reach the service?
My question is: who should I contact to let them notice?
