I bought a Byteonsite storage early July. For less than two months, the sever never has the performance it should be. On their Ads here, we are suppose to be on a 1Gbps port. However the downstream speed is always less than 10Mbps. The HD IO is really bad that I can never upload my data to the server - it's like copying to a 1.44 floppy drive... Not mentioning a full offline for several days and lost all the data. Submitted a ticket asking for a refund, no one reply for 24 hours. Think twice before ordering.
