I'm in need of a dedicated server for hopefully around $20 a month (I know I may be pushing it here)

1 core @ at least 1.8GHZ
Integrated GFX (if you do offer please specifiy the RAM on this..)
1Gb RAM
5-10 GB hdd
B/W 20 - 100 GB p/m probably 100 to be safe
Line 10-100mbit
Ability to install own Windows OS's mainly XP or 7
Before you ask, no I can't use a VPS I need the integrated graphics to run a game client....
